Administrative & Finance Bureau (AFB) as one
of the staff bureaus of the Office for Transportation Security (OTS), is composed
of two services, the Administrative Service and the Finance Service. The Administrative
Service is composed of five (5) divisions under it namely: 1) Personnel &
HRD Division, 2) MIS Division, 3) Records Management Division 4) Property &
Procurement Division and 5) General Services Division. Finance Service is composed of three (3)
divisions under it namely: 1) Finance Division, 2) Budget Division, and 3)
Accounting Division.
After establishing Office at Andrews Avenue in Pasay City,
OTS has embarked numerous programs/activities and conducted trainings in line
with its mandated functions provided under E.O.s 277 & 311 and its
Implementing Rules & Regulations geared towards adapting transportation
security measures to enhance the safety and security of the riding public.
There are two sources of funds supporting the operations of OTS
namely:
1.) General Fund 101 and
2.) Special Fund 152 coming from the share of aviation security fees
(ASF) collected and deposited with the National Treasury which is
automatically appropriated pursuant to LOI 414-A as amended.
