Message of the Undersecretary |

The responsibility of organizing and leading OTS is truly
challenging. But the hard work and commitment of its personnel and cooperation
of concerned agencies and stakeholders enabled OTS to successfully carry out
its mandate. What we have accomplished
in the past six years attest to OTS’ competency and effectiveness in securing
the nation’s transportation systems.
It is indeed satisfying to render uncompromised public
service while earning the respect and admiration of our domestic and foreign
partners.
As we celebrate our 6th Founding Anniversary, I
express my gratitude to the men and women of OTS who have performed well
through triumphs and setbacks.
Congratulations and may you continue to uphold the integrity
of the Office for Transportation Security.
